The deluxe kit includes sampler pots of paint of three beautiful Golden acrylic colors and three brilliant Daniel Smith watercolors and a black sharpie marker. These are some of the best and brightest pigments availabile which are super fun.

But so are inexpensive watercolors such as Prang school paints which are a great option. Other supplies could include markers, colored pencils, and crayons. I used Prang watercolors in many of the example photos.
