I offer classes, products and art that will help cultivate your imagination and foster the use of your intuitive abilities. We all possess intuition; a skill that can be honed through practice and ritual.
I focus on helping you draw from your own internal wisdom to create unique experiences that allow for curiosity, innovation and joy to flourish.
The result is a stronger connection to yourself and the world around you and a more satisfying life.
I love sharing my passion for creating. I also believe that expressing oneself is a radical act of sovereignty that is desperately needed in these times. Our imagination fuels and creates our future, and so we need to hone the divine practice of developing one’s intuition and imagination.
I am a certified Intentional Creativity® (IC) teacher, a system developed by Shiloh Sophia, that enables people to deliberately access one’s inner wisdom using visualizations, painting, and writing in a systematic process. The IC method creates the structure and container for people to do their own work and bring back their own medicine.
I follow a shamanic path consciously since my late teens. My teachers include Myron Eshowsky and Betsy Bergstrom, both of whom focus on discrimination and empowerment. I incorporate shamanic methods of ritual and art to support healing in both my classes and my creations.
My work is informed by my experience as a survivor of incest. Art is reclaimation of Self, and is been critical in healing for many, including myself. I want to share this tool with others. Art is a potent tools to weather storms from the past or the present and to help shape our future.
