I am a certified Intentional Creativity® (IC) teacher, a system developed by Shiloh Sophia to deliberately access one’s inner wisdom through a 13-step process using visualizations, writing, creating. The IC method creates the structure and container for people to do their own work. I have followed a shamanic path consciously since my late teens, focusing on discrimination and empowerment.
