Imagining the future

December Full Moon Meditation

Close your eyes, feet firmly planted on the ground. As you breathe in, you notice what your lungs and body feel. Each in-breath and each out-breath. And just slow down.

And slow down even further. Letting go of random thoughts and concerns, watching them float through your body like branches on the river. You can note them but let them go on their way. And feel the presence of the earth and the air with you, the water and the sun. Know that all four elements walk within you with every breath you take. And that as you slow down and recognize them externally and internally, you bring yourself a little bit more aligned to the moment you are in.

Conscious Dreaming

 

I want to share that wherever you are is perfect. This is a time of radical self-love, not of conscious and deliberate change. Our plans frequently do not turn out as we think! We do our best and let the rest go, and love ourselves as much as we can. 

I’m finding myself going deeper faster than I ever have into dark areas within myself, into grief and pain, but only to release at a faster rate too so I feel spanky mint fresh though maybe a bit weary (lol!). I have heard from others of a similar process. 

So here’s to being real with ourselves in a loving way and with each other. To claim and stand on the earth consciously where we genuinely are — not more or less.
