Return policy

Our policy offers a refund when you return your purchase within 14 days of your date of purchase. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request if you reach out to us directly. Please contact us for a return authorization first before sending anything back. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Packaging and shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. We will make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.
Due to the custom order nature of our products, many of our items that we sell are not returnable. Certain items may be returned to us for refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us for a return authorization first before sending anything back. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Packaging and shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. It is highly recommended that the package be shipped via a method that is insured and trackable such as UPS Ground. For refunds, we will credit your original form of payment minus shipping costs which are non-refundable.
