I am so glad you visited today! I am here to faciliate and hold space for women to strengthen their connection to the divine within using art and tools from Intentional Creativity. I am a certified Intentional Creativity® (IC) teacher, a system developed by Shiloh Sophia using through a 13-step process including writing and painting. The IC method creates the structure and container for people to do their own work, so results are always highly personalized.

I also LOVE to make things — I love to paint and use my GlowForge in innovative ways to combine art, spirituality, and daily living into a more conscious container. Be sure to check out my products. I do custom work as well. 

I have followed a shamanic path consciously since my late teens. My teachers include Myron Eshowsky and Betsy Bergstrom, with a focus on discrimination and empowerment.
